Cropsey Asset Management, LLC was formed in 2003 by James Lott who is the Managing Member.

Prior to Cropsey Asset Management, Mr. Lott gained his analytical and valuation experience working at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods since 1989. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, formed in 1962, is a specialty boutique investment bank that focuses on the financial services industry.
